Yin Yoga

Stillness that transforms

Service Description

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that works deep into the body. Poses are held for several minutes at a time, giving your muscles a chance to relax so the stretch can move into the connective tissues—ligaments, joints, and fascia. This practice is less about strength or flow and more about stillness, patience, and presence. It offers space to turn inward, listen closely, and meet yourself exactly as you are. Because Yin works slowly and deeply, it can help improve flexibility, support joint health, and release long-held tension. Many people also find it deeply calming for the nervous system, making it a perfect antidote to the busyness of everyday life. Props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks are often used to support the body so you can truly settle in and let go. After a Yin class, you may feel lighter, softer, and more open—both in body and mind. It’s a practice that reminds us the real shifts often happen in stillness.
